Approximately eight years in automation and six years in MSP environments, with responsibility for software, integrations and operations.

My professional experience combines software development and enterprise IT automation. I have worked with business stakeholders, mentored engineers and supported the systems I built after deployment.

Dates below are the employment dates provided in my CV. The MSP experience estimate describes the relevant work within that period.

  1. 2024 to present

    PwC Netherlands

    Automation Engineer

    Progressed from Associate 1 to Associate 2.

    • Designed and developed production web applications, Python/FastAPI backend services and React/Next.js frontends.
    • Built REST APIs, data-processing services and integrations with Azure and enterprise systems.
    • Developed Python and PowerShell automation, employee onboarding and account provisioning workflows supporting an environment of more than 6,000 people.
    • Built reporting and insights tooling combining Azure and ServiceNow data.
    • Owned implementation, Docker deployments, troubleshooting and maintenance. Worked with stakeholders, code reviews and CI/CD.
    • Mentored two engineers across backend and frontend development.

  2. 2017 to 2024

    Tredion

    Platform / Automation Engineer

    MSP experience supporting customer environments and internal platforms.

    • Built PowerShell and Python scripts, REST API integrations, Azure Functions and Automation Runbooks.
    • Worked with Azure, Datto RMM, Veeam and IT Glue.
    • Connected internal and external systems and supported customers using the tools I built.
    • Maintained and improved the Veeam Cloud Connect environment.
