Technical approach
My professional work includes Python and PowerShell automation, Azure Automation and Microsoft 365 integrations. It includes automated onboarding and account provisioning, plus reporting and insights tooling combining Azure and ServiceNow data.
Engineering scope
I developed automation supporting an environment of more than 6,000 people. That figure describes the environment, not a measured result of one project. My work included implementation, troubleshooting and ongoing improvements.
